​Helper Assignments

Below is a list of each helper’s assignment.  A more detailed description of what needs to be done and what chemicals to use can be found in the custodial closet at the church.

​

Helper 1: 

Men’s Bathroom (clean toilets and urinals, clean sinks and countertops, sweep and mop floor, clean mirrors, refill paper supplies as needed)

Helper 2: 

Ladies’ Bathroom (clean toilets, empty feminine hygiene garbage’s, clean sinks and countertops, sweep and mop floor, clean mirrors, refill paper supplies as needed)

Helper 3:

Mother’s Room (clean sink and mirror, mop tile area, vacuum) and family restroom by janitor’s closet (clean toilet, sink, countertop, and mirror, sweep and mop floor) and clean the drinking fountains and floor below the drinking fountain.

Helper 4:

Empty Trash and reline Garbage bags (including bathrooms and mothers room and kitchen and sacrament prep area)

Helper 5: 

Vacuum Chapel

Helper 6: 

Vacuum Classrooms, including the primary room but not the relief society room.

Helper 7: 

Vacuum Halls and RS Room.  Move chairs out of the way in RS room when vacuuming it.

Helper 8: 

Entry Ways (East, West, South, North) – Sweep, Vacuum carpet and mop tile, wash windows (NOTE!!!!  THERE ARE THREE BIG ENTRY WAYS – REMEMBER THE ONE BY THE RS ROOM!!!!)

Helper 9: 

Sweep and mop Gym Floor

Helper 10: 

Kitchen area – clean sinks, clean countertops and stovetops, sweep and mop floor
NOTE:  On the 2nd and 3rd Saturday, there will be an extra person assigned.
2nd Saturday – clean the oven and range
3rd Saturday – clean the refrigerator

Helper 11:

Clean chalkboards

Younger Helpers 

Children can do the following or work with their parents:
Clean out Hymn Book holders and straighten Hymnbooks
Dust chapel with duster (All wood including organ and piano)
Dust other woodwork throughout the building
Wipe out chalk trays
